Barber's Blend (featuring tussah silk and colored with plants and clays)

When I think of a barbershop, I don't just think of the classic, high-end, and distinct scent blends. A barbershop also conjures up an expectation of luxury and attention to detail; of walking out and feeling fresh with baby soft skin. That's why my Barber's blend Soap is ALL about that.

I crafted this soap formula, keeping olive oil as the front runner, knowing it will give the high amounts of oleic acid known to soften and nourish skin. Combine that with the slip and silkiness from tussah silk, and a trio of clays, and you will find yourself mesmerized by the feel of your hands after just a simple wash up. And just for funsies, I used those same clays, with a couple additional plant powders, to color the design of the soap.
